Do we still have to pay catering charge for 12953/54 AUGUST KRANTI EXPRESS, since catering was to be made optional, but IRCTC site ask for select meal type and does not give option to opt out of any meal
Bro The Catering Charges are Included in Your Ticket Especially in Shatabdi & Rajdhani and AC Duronto Trains which are fully AC. Not AC Express , LHB Trains and Normal ICF Trains And Durontos And Extra Tip At the End of Journey is Collected by Coach Attendant which is In ur mood to give extra tip to their services. Which I think should not be given.
It Was Made Optional For Limited Period. The project was to start on a pilot basis for 45 days from June 15. The four premium pairs of trains where the trial was to be conducted were Nizamuddin-Mumbai Central (12953-12954) August Kranti Rajdhani, New Delhi-Patna Rajdhani (12309-12310), Pune-Secunderabad Shatabdi Express (12025-26) and Howrah-Puri Shatabdi Express (12277-12278).
