Again garib Rath spotted with wap 4 at Patna so wap 7 not permanent link
That's what I said above. It will occasionally get WAP 4s just like Vikramshila.
This train is already a success despite its abnormal late running(See the occupancy). Wonder what will happen if it gets the 2nd Rake.
Its rake always contains 1-2 Duronto Livery Coaches along with ICF Raj coaches (sometimes) . So, Why can't NR create a full mismatch rake containing Duro and ICF Raj coaches? The answer is pretty much simple - NR isn't interested at all in providing it (despite having good stock of ICF Rajdhani Coaches).
