according to that picture date stamp,that pic was shot in 2012
WDM-3D #11337 was alloted to GY in 2010 as per IRFCA loco rooster click here
This pic has been taken after the periodic overhauling of this loco. This loco been manufactured earlier to 2012 when this pic was taken. He is sharing someone other's pic that's it may be possible that he don't knows the details.
