NO, not all DMUs are like that but the DMUs which ECR operates are all very old and they face technical problems more often. This must be the case of any technical failure also.
could be some other division's reject landed in ECR's inventory.
Ya, This is the Exact reason and ECR don't even maintain these DMUs properly.
This is done frequently in FUT IPR section DMU 73261 - 73262 - 73263 - 73264
