this has become a permanent special for ER in KOAA-APDJ section catering to tourists.They should have extended it to Dhubri and see the patronage.This rake can easily be converted into KOAA-DBB Exp with maintenance at APDJ
Can do one more additional trip b/w KOAA APDJ as maintenance not required before 4200 km
I think its time they made 03129/30 as permanent 13129/30, with KOAA-DBB
It should be made permanent from 1st Oct 2016 and run upto Dhubri with maintenance at Alipurduar Jn.It can run as APDJ-DBB I/C Special and have maintenance.
