A tip useful for all of our railway passengers at Sonpur jn.
*All the trains from chhapra side are taken on either pf1 or pf2 ...never on pf3 or 4.
*All the trains from hjp side are taken on pf 3 or pf 4(mostly on 3)
*All the trains coming or going to ppta side always comes on pf4(sometimes on pf3)

the passenger trains(demu,memu)originating from sonpur will leave either from pf1 or pf 4.never on 2&3.(mostly cpr side passengers leave from pf1 and bju,mfp,ppta side passengers leave from pf 4.
