HOG:- Head On Generation means the high voltagesof 25kv taking from OHE through the pantograph is stepped down into 750V by a double winding autotransformer and convert this voltage to Generator Car (EOG) through the cables. Thus eliminating the use of EOGs and the use of large amount of Fuel consumption that was being used .
