IR ko sirf TALGO ke coaches ki zaroorat hai, engine ki nahi. Agar engine ki zaroorat hoti toh Transfer of Technology (ToT) ke liye apply karta...
Looks like Talgo will be successful, phir kya. Will govt purchase Talgo coaches or will there be TOT to make similar coaches in India as Make In India.
