Run trains with diesel loco in Electric traction

Do Electrification in a sensible manner. No need to electrify a route which hardly gets a few trains in a whole day. And second if Railways does the electrification of a route then it should be done completely without having any bottleneck in the mid so that Loco change process wouldn't be required.
Augmenting the current setup at chitranjan as well as setting up new loco factory will be a long term option.. All other three options are for short term.
yeah, new loco factory takes a very long time and a huge investment.. atleast 10 years..
