How to determine that a loco is ACD fitted or not? What is ACD? How it works?

ACD is invented by Rajaram Boji and patented by Konkan Railways.This is very useful device and with the help of this device there is very large amount of decrease in accidents.Inside ACD there is a GPS fitted that communicates with other ACD fitted in other loco.They exchange information through radio frequency transmission to automatic brake and prevent collision.It is mainly invented to solve the problem of sleeping of LP in train.ALP/LP works very hard day and night but get a very little amount of rest period.As a result they sleep in running train and train is running without any control and accidented.
It works when a loco is running with train there is a 2minutes countdown timer running on a screen in drivers deskboard.That timer is controlled by ACD.When this timer is running LP always must have to pay attention that it not decrease from 10second.When any of the control is pressed in the loco like
Horn,Headlights,Increase/Decrease the speed,and any of the changes in controll of locomotive made by LP that shows LP is controlling the locomotive then countdown timer resets to 2minutes.Then again this countdowntimer is start running and LP have to show his attention towards locomotive by pressing any control and it again resets.This cycle is repeated every time.LP normally press horn button to resets this timer.If a LP sleeps in the loco and the 2min. timer is completed then a buzzer sound is start ringing for 10seconds if still LP dont press any control of loco then ACD automatically applies brakes and stop the train.This prevents from a mojor accident.This is how ACD prevents LP from sleeping in running train.It also prevents from collision of 2trains running on a same track.When 2 trains running on same track ACD's gps system detects that other train is comming then it automatically applied brakes within 100meters.It is also helpful in railway crossings,when a train is running more than 80kmph and there is a railway crossing then a flashlight start glowing that controlled by ACD then LP knows that there is a crossing and he decrease train speed from 80 to 30kmph.If LP does not decrease train speed then ACD decrease train speeed itself.When first time ACD tested this situation created by officers.This experiment is conducted in Mumbai,A loco is standing on a track and a another loco which is ACD fitted without driver is start running at 40kmph toward standing loco.When it reaches 150meters from standing loco then ACD applied brakes and stops it.This is becomes very useful in Mumbai reigon where more than 2lakhs peoples travelling in train.Now all the locomotives of Central Railways are ACD fitted and 65%of locos of IR is ACD fitted.
