This seems to be a fake news. People are mischievous but still no body will keep sleepers on track and sit on them just for fun, especially on such a busy route of NCR.
I am new here so I had no idea that news can even be fake. Thanks for saying this in case you are right. BTW that day even 12424 and 12310 were halted so must have been some other problem for sure.

The colliding of stones with high speed trains is nothing new. I also had encountered this on one of my journeys. Some bad and strange things really happen in this route God knows why.
