As far i know during mg era..Pf1,2,3 NER handle karta tha..After BG conversion and RRI Cabin NR ko mil gaya..I am not sure. :)

BSB comes under 2 different zone because initially GKP to ALY was meter gauge which passes through BSB. PF#1,2,3 used to be of meter gauge till gauge conversion happened in NER territory
