Its correctly updated....Actually sometimes IR prepare TT in such a way that the trains with huge number of halts get "unrealistic avg speeds" between few stations , but that only "ON PAPER" . In reality the train always takes more time like here for this 9 km journey of SHU-AVN will ateast take 10-11 minutes.
This delay is then covered up by soe slack which is always given at rear end of journey like it has between PER-MAS i.e 55 minutes to cover 5km.

Yes. :) There are PSRs too in this section which will slow down the train.
