Is it possible to cancel e-tkt / filing TDR after charting, but, b4 dep. of train? Will I get refund ( for SL / 3A / 2A ) ?

Tx. Bcos, sometime back IR made a rule NO REFUND for cancelation of tkt after chatting / departure
For etkts login to the account, file TDR, select the option as Pax not Traveled & submit. It may take minimum of 7 to 10 days to more than a month & there are also instances where TDR getting rejected
