It is reaching VSKP with a delay. Today it reached at 12:30. So, it definitely don't start before 13:00. Its only 15 delay, VSKP won't consider it as delay. But, BZA divn says , in return it has been handed - over late so can't recover. Slot change to 13:45 is the only solution. BZA arrival shd be 19:35
Amravati will be the top,as due to running in braghanza it is monitored by RB will gets top preff especially 18047 than 18048
ECoR wat div may not support SCR for Slot change proposal.....

No departure slot available at vskp other than 12:30&12:40..its better to change the arrival of 12718 to 12:05...and start 12717 at 12:30(old timings)...
If it starts from vskp at 12:30 there is some chances to reach SLO ahead of Circar...as Circar is the main reason for Ratnachal delay...or else Circar departure from COA should be changed to 14:40 (old timings)..
I still can't believe how SCR designed TT of Ratnachal Amaravathi Circar in between VSKP RJY...SLO arrival 14:37 anta asalu jarige panena With 4 stops non stop trains kuda cheyavu...bokkalo TT ichi late...
