ASH-STP (SCC) gauge conversion will be completed on time but what is timeline?? Is it 31-Dec-2016 or 31-Mar-2017 which was announced by GKP GM some time back as RVNL was requesting to give time till 30-Apr-2017.
Any clarification would be much appreciated.
