Both MFP and DBG are in different divisions. Running a train via SMI - DBG - SPJ is easy for SPJ division than routing it via MFP which is in Sonpur Division. Also, it anyways need to end at Raxaul which is in SPJ division again. So, SPJ division will look into its own division connectivity than MFP.
But DBG has a biweekly train to SC so it should not be a problem. DBG should show that much generosity as I expect.

Isse badhiya rahega ki new train ki demand kar lo via shorter route for mfp
Ha, ye bhi sahi hai lekin thoda se diversion se ye problem solve ho sakti thi but agar Railway aisa kerna nahi chahta to New train hi chalegi.
