As per your logic, class mein ameer ka bacha 90% laata hai because he has all the facilities and material required to study and be the topper. But garib ka bacha mehnat mazdoori karta hai and along with that studies too but manages only 60%, so he should be insulted, humiliated and should not be given respect. Great going sir.

Sirji class me Kenya,Venezuela,North Korea,Vietnam ke garib bacche bhi atleast 2nd division se pass ho rahe hain aur hamare bacchon ko sirf passing marks mil rahe hain..

Jis hissab ki economy or population hai in countries ki, ye 2nd Division nahi Distinction se pass ker rahe hai or India k Passing marks bhi nahi hai. Cuba, Kenya or Vietnam jaise desho se bhi kum hai kya humara Sports budget?
