Does Tamilnadu SF Exp and Grand Trunk SF Exp need WAP-7 instead of WAP-4

Kerala Express never ran end-to-end with WAP7 loco till date :P
Kerala rarely gets P7. IR has made P7 a standard link for all Rajs. 12433 gets LGD link.
compare travel time of RAJ GR DURONTO with TN before making this type of comment.
TN on delay times needs WAP7 but WAP 4 is more than sufficient for normal runs. GT maintaining time even with WAP4 since it have more stoppages P7 would better.
