Just an experiment. On the left, Chennai bound Duronto thrashes Palwal at flat 120kmph, while Gatimaan rips through at 160kmph. The platform start is time synchronized. See the difference in distance covered towards the end of the video. The ROB, would give an indication of the extra distance covered by Gatimaan.

How dare you compare "Amma" Duronto with Gatimaan!!! "Amma" is incomparable with any mortal ;D Kannathula pottukunga. Jokes apart, good one, definitely gave an idea, rather gave a definitive idea.
When i traveled on this now Amma Duronto, Before Kalaignar Duronto but when introduced was Didi Duronto.
