Normal ICF trains also overspeed beyond 110kmph many times. I am just saying that there is nothing different in these coaches that makes them 130 kmph fit while other ICF coaches aren't. If self-generating rakes are run at 130kmph, then there will be frequent failures and breakages in the bogies, that's why they are certified as 110kmph fit.

Usse better hoga ki LHB rakes mein bhi passenger amenities improve kare. Mahanama coaches ko high speed banane ke liye bahut research karna padega aur cost bahut zyada pad jayega. As of now, existing ICF rakes can be modified into Mhanama style model rakes, nd more emphasis put on beautification of LHB rakes!
