TT is good but I think 1hr early arrival at hwh just behind 12020 will be better... If the train is late it will be very troublesome
problem is it uses rake of CSTM Mail/Himgiri, so any how it needs to return to HWH by night, then PM & depart next day.
If they use the rake like below then, it will become more perfect.
HWH-NJP Suvidha Spl->NJP-KOAA/SDAH Spl->SDAH/KOAA-NJP Spl->NJP-HWH Suvidha Spl
and repeat.
A spare rake will be enough to run 2 pairs of special.

prob is HWH NJP Suvidha rake is ER/HWH Div. rake & NJP KOAA Rake is ECR Borrowed.
