No. Absolutely not. Why should I pay the same for sitting as the one sleeping?
Charging half fare for RAC ticket! by this logic no fare should be charged from wait listed ticket as no seat shall be offered??!!
That exists already. We get the money back. In RAC system too, we should get the money (40-50%) back after the journey.
