Acceptable for Rajdhani/Shatabdi/Duronto..
Where topmost services are given, also max limit of 1.5 has been set for the tickets.
Also IR should stop concessional tickets in these trains.
Heights is when u pay 2x - 2.5x fares for Suvidhas and are treated as a normal pax..

Rajdhani shatabdi ka ye haal hai to socho Suvidha aur Special Fare Train ka kya haal hoga
Not a good move, according to me.
Why IR takes it easy to increase fare as a solution of all the problem?
