excuse by NR? bro dont fall to conclusion every time...whole IR is running on lesser staff as per demand...harr chz ka theekra NR pe fodhna sahi nhi h...isme chunauti h NER ke staff ko training dena....NR ka staff is well enough to handle Elocos since it is handling elocos from long time instead NER jo abtk sirf diesel link chala raha h...NER was completely diesel not NR hence training NER staff who are completely known to DLoco is the biggest deal...eloco ki shrge aapko hi tou nhi dikh rahi...trains like Archna Express, DBRT RAJ, SHC GR, are still runing on diesel....ELS of BJU and GKP are under construction..try to be practical instead of just limited to criticism evertime :)
