10 % of tkts have not been booked after applicable of new scheme.
I guess total avl for GHY is close to 300 & when its showing AVL 112 how come 10% seats not booked? Actually more than 50% is booked & as per rules at 50% booking base fare will be capped to 1.5 But I cant see any effect... God knows how does the system works

if if 200 seats are already booked before new scheme, then scheme is applicable for remaining 60 seats only.
for surge to come, next will only applicable after 6 seats are booked.
not necessarily that for every train its visible, for some trains, surge is negligible only.
