In reality IR always takes one step forward 2 steps backwards.
Introduces train either with no or few stop and after few year next MR grants so many stoppages.
Then he comes with new brands few stop trains.
On same route from same places to same places.

carers to make Bi-Weekly, Tri-Weekly daily or extend some portion to further. Rarely discovers and improves new route sections.
In this game entire system suffers.
Everyone talks big propagates rosy picture.
How train can maintain avg high speed with lots of stops mostly given on political pressure or due to zonal politics ?
These are eye washes.
