Happened to see the below notice posted at Ernakulam Station by Trivandrum Division [ Ernakulam Junction as well as Ernakulam North].
Notification by Trivandrum division in English, Hindi & Bengali !!!!. It appears to be primarily targeted at migrant workers who buy general tickets quite early, but try various train options to board. Have seen this lot of times. They try boarding a train, but due to lack of place, try the next one & so on.
The customised communication seems to be the only way to get the message across
