Which Rail minister introduced the most number of successful trains I.e; trains which get decent patronage out of total trains he Introduced ?
Madhav Rao Scindia started new concept of day time premium intercity trains, the very successful and highly patronised high speed (140kmph) Shatabdi Expresses (NDLS-BPL, CNB/LKO, CDG/Kalka)... and also made the four highly patronised and pride of India trains (TN,AP,Karnataka,Kerala Expresses) daily.
Madhu Dandvate is credited to start many non premium legendary superfasts trains between major Metros of India like, AP, karnataka-Kerala, Geetanjali, Swaraj, Coromandal, Sarvoday and probably Navjeevan & Minar express(today Hussainsagar exp) also all of them are Super Duper Success.

Mr. Laloo Yadav deserves claps for Garibrath Trains but this GaribRath and some other strategies totally ruined the financial backbone of Indian Railways.
Mr. Nitish Kumar started Samprak kranti but they also are unable to attract more travellers. Still passengers are opting Non-Sampark Kranti Trains instead of them for same journey like
