Though the agitation at Markona station was withdrawn at 16.15 hrs on 22.10.16, ECoR has cancelled 12278 from Puri on 23.10.16. Even, they could not arrange any alternatives for the passengers, not even 2-3 extra coaches in any HWH bound train. They did nothing after almost 14hrs. of the agitation, it's shame IR. I would definitely strike 12278 out during my travel plan in future.
