On main line means near Airport or Simhacham north are better choice as they are with 10 km of main city station. Its also proposed my previous MP, MLAs vskp region but ecor said no as they love only duvvada (DVD)
Zone have limited say ove RB decision and if Land is available then Simhacham North is best.
All zones in india wont work in same fashion.
Simhachalam north has plenty of space. They can easily shift the railway quarters. Yard redesign is in railways hands only.
If zone it self not interested how come RB knows about the plan.
