Which is the Best train to travel from Vijayawada to Bangalore ?
Hands down 12863, But chances of getting ticket in this train is a headache.
If early morning arrival at Bangalore is not necessary, then 17210 is a very good, comfortable option. You can board late night, after dinner at BZA, have a good breakfast at JTJ and reach SBC by next afternoon. It's maintained much better than the long distance trains and ticket availability is also better. Reaches SBC almost always on time and is the fastest daily train between BZA and SBC.
Availability is difficult even in sheshadri. in weekdays tried many times for tatkal from BZA to SBC but couldn't suceed and have to take bus. Better chances of getting from Nov 5 till Dec 15 and from there peak season starts. For next 3 weeks there is vskp ypr special and u can get confirmed reservation still TT is not updated.
