There is only Two sheds which had WAP-5 loco from u r opinion Which loco Shed deserves WAP-5 loco?

Technically, yes. But the chances are very less until KR is electrified. For now, it is more likely for a shed on the MAS-NDLS or MAS-HWH trunk routes to get WAP5's first.
ELS construction will take time. during that time MAJN MAS will be electrified. KR if properly fund allocated within two three years after MAQ ELSopened we can see MAQ WAP 5 in KR SWR SR.
HWH needs them to run HWH Rajdhani at 160 km/h in near future. IR is planning to do the same.
Suitable infra should be provided to TKD ELS so that WAP5 locos could be homed there. It will help reducing the load on GZB.
In the south, LGD should get them first due to two planned high speed corridors : NGP-SC and MAS-SC.
