You Can Pre Book Accommodation @ Tirumala & Tirupati in TTD guest houses and rooms on TTD's official page upto 90 days in advance.

I have been using this service for the last 8 years. In the early days only accommodation at Tirumala was available for pre bookings. Then they introduced Sevas and then they introduced 50/- darshan pre booking. Not the 50/- darshan is not available. They brought 300/- darshan in place of that. No we can prebook accommodation at Down Hill Tirupati also.
