Lonavala - Pune- Daund MEMU introduced is a welcome move.Moreover the Pune 6 th platforms have to be made as home platform for the convenience of the season ticket holders and public .
Some of the Daund - Pune - Lonavala MEMU have to be extended to Kalyan /Panvel,So as to reduce the commuters heavy rushes in the long distance expresses sleeper class coaches.

Will there be significant time change between Pune-Daund if the trains start running with elec engines ?.............Not sure if the time will be changed for all trains
The extension of MEMU from Lonavala to Kalyan/Panvel may be difficult due to steep gradient in Lonavala-Karjat Ghat section.
Trains from Karjat to Lonavala needs at least 2 bankers.
