Only SECR hi hai jiski koi train nahi aati aur
WCR ki waise temporary train aati hai

So that means its just NDLS, ET and NGP which get all zones' trains except KR.

Its only Mumbai region that is - CSTM, LTT, BDTS - gets all zones' trains.
