How did SBC Div allow this? Because they were sure there would be no takers for this train?

May be due to the fact that KCVL-SBC runs just ahead of it...also termination at KJM is getting poor patronage i feel
There is always demand for monday morning arrival at KJM/SBC/YPR. But why a one trip special when there is no festival or any other occassion to warrant such a train.
SBC Div had earlier rejected a proposal of TVC Div. to run Onam special when there was huge demand for the reason 'lack of platforms'. But they ran TEN-KJM specials even with platform constraints with morning arrivals @ KJM. .Similarly they didnt run a single Pooja/Dasera special when there was huge waiting lists in all the trains.
