DLS of BWN & BSB must b modified to shed Elocomotives also. BSB & BWN must have E&DLS.
Requested to complete all the Golden Quadrilateral Metro routes and its alternative routes have to be Electrified. First on warfooting Requested to complete the Electrification of Mumbai to Chennai QC .All the new lines / Doubling / Gauge Conversion have to be constructed with Electrification .

So many Govt. organisations, PSUs, Committees, JVs, Major stakeholders, subsidiaries. And on top of all that, these business wheeler-dealers like ASSOCHAM, FICCI .... No wonder India is like this. Most of them fly swatters and pencil pushers. IR itself has what..like 40 subsidiaries.
