Is the Food service included in the AC-3 tier or AC-2 tier tickets?
My travel is from Jammu to nagpur.

No. Food charges are included in ticket only for Rajdhanis, Shatabdis and Durontos (whenever PC available).
Which train amongst the above 3 categories has ever ran or runs without PC??
Some Durontos dont offer catering services. eg Delhi Sarai Rohilla - Jammutawi Duronto does not offer catering.
