Yeah, project given to RVNL don't know when they will start the work.
It doesn't matter to whom the work is alloted,if funds are released on time work will get over,r8 now Hisar to Ludhiana electrification work is being done by RVNL and the work is going in good speed.
Yes, it was LHBfied 2 months before,this pic was posted in last November.
