आम लोग: "रेल फैनिंग आती नहीं". RailFans: "रेल फैनिंग जाती नहीं" - Md Asif

While this is good news, it shows the poor confidence of our people in IR to deliver a destination-sure performance. The same people, when opting for air travel, despite all its problems, are NOT willing to spend Rs. 200 to insure themselves. Is it because of cost of the premium or faith? I believe the latter. What say?

I just don't understand why doesn't a person who spends 3-4K not able to further it by just 200 to secure things.
