No. as PC is open one and use Live Flame in high Qty with GAS Cylinder it is not good to keep it near A.c Coaches as i think. Rajdhani's don't use Live Flames in High Qty so it is different. but in SF's PC use Live Flame so keeping them far to a/c gas is good.
