Book gnwl in 12801 from ghatsila with boarding at Gaya or mgs for 3ac. It will surely get confirmed. Mgs boarding has more 100% chances of confirmation while Gaya has 90% chances. If u keep boarding anywhere else then it may not get confirmed or remain in rac. It's my personal experience when I recently travelled.
