r/rail min,kindly introduce captain like arrangement in train who should be the head of crew & be responsible for complete journey operation such as aeroplane/ships.
now,nobody is responsible in train whether cleaning is done or not,water in coaches available or not,safety is proper or not,security system working or not.so many things can be improved
if this is implemented & feedback to be taken from passengers before completion of journey.if appraisal is good/average/bad, that should be reflected in their annual increaments.
