It's really true , as recently I travelled in sleeper class of 12295 Sangha and it was a 04 made coach but had charging points in all bays .
Well I did tweet and made it workable !!! Tht too within minutes
Very practical step. This should have been done much earlier as not much investment is required but the convenience to traveling public has a much greater value.
At last IR has realised, although after much delay, that the mobile has already reached the lowest economic strata amongst Indians. Today mobile has become very cheap and is necessity for rich and poor alike.
