do still people feel that lhbfication is not reqd for less mps or less/ not-so-famous trains?

waise slow speed me bhi derail ho sakti hai.

Pr slow speed pr khatra kai guna km ho jta h
Aur itna km speed pr train derailed hoti h to wo track ki kharabi h

LHB bhi damage minimize karega, fir wo derailment ka koi excuse nhi hua.
tracks maintenance pe first priority honi chaiye.

Also every passenger (shuttle) can't b given lhb as it would be a sheer waste of lhb & in that case icf wins the battle
The priority should be track maintenance
