My assumption , Shaktipunj would be extended to HBJ with improved TT between JBP & Kolkata.
extension to INDB would be better. INDB deserves a daily to KOAA more than BPL
INDB has Shipra exp which is an SF & also people from there have easier access to Bhopal. Thats why.
Extending to bpl would be a good option when the whole route is efied
Yes . Thats what i m telling but for that its TT needs improvement. Currently the CIC route is under doubling & electrification. Don't knw if they make it an SF but if that happens then , it would become a preferable option for many people travelling to Kolkata.
