Loco change, technical halt, temporary halt, reservation quota detail etc. these points are considered as Halt Notes. Kindly don't update Halt Notes from full TT Update, because it will not be visible here. There is an alternative and straight way to do that directly from the TT page. Do you know how to do that? Or otherwise I will show you.
Sure. If you look the TT of a particular train, you will find different columns. Can you see a column designated as "¶" (which is between "X/O" column and "Arrives" column)? That is the Halt Note column button. Now you need to click at the box corresponding to the station where you want to add a halt note. As soon as you click, one small page will pop up and there you can add or edit all these details. Let me know in case you are still facing issues. Thanks.

The corresponding Admin has explained it there already. Although the previous TL entry showed a stoppage at a particular station, but in reality it was not. And that's why he had to update it again. The TT shows some bugs in many cases. If you update it again, it might show as if you haven't made any change, but there is actually a change. It happens mostly with PF Nos and Loco Reversal.
