it will have three rakes now,two rakes is enough so if primary maintanence at dibrugarh change the agartala dibru departure timing at 16.30 same train departure after an hour
two rakes is enough,one depart at tinsukia other at agartala ,then next day the same agartala arrived train at 15.20 can depart at 16.30 as pm s at dibrugarh so 2 is enough
