This is called Development ha ha.lol Actually logon ke bade bade Bags aur heavy luguage is BCNA dibbe mein rak sakte hein jisse passenger train coach me thoda space banjaye.lol
I heard Some trains like in Saudi arabia they have Airport like system where lugguages will be scanned and weighed and sent to Luggauge rake and we can take lugguage at our stop this system is good for Long journey less halts train i think.
